The Cloud Integration Gateway service available to suppliers using Ariba Network for Suppliers (the "Cloud Integration Gateway service") is an Optional Service governed under the Ariba Network Terms of Use (Suppliers) ("AN TOU") and this Terms and Conditions document. These terms are applicable only to Suppliers that utilize the Cloud Integration Gateway service as activated from Ariba Network (referred to as "You" or "Supplier") and activation of the service serves as consent to these terms. These Terms and Conditions do not apply to Buyers. Defined terms not defined in this Terms and Conditions document have the meanings set forth in the AN TOU

1. Availability. The Cloud Integration Gateway service is an optional feature that may be activated by a Supplier’s account administrator as part of the configuration of their Ariba Network account. The feature enables the routing and exchange of documents via several CXML and non-CXML data standards with many customers using the Ariba Network platform and provides functionality to ease the setup and maintenance of customer-specific data mappings and customized configurations. The non-CXML data formats addressed are set forth in the documentation. SAP Ariba may update the list at any time, and will send participating Suppliers a notice in advance related to such update if any supported data format is removed


2. Fees. Subscription to use the Cloud Integration Gateway service is available to Suppliers with accounts in good standing for use of the Ariba Network, and no additional fees apply. SAP Ariba may change the approach to fees for the Cloud Integration Gateway service with advance notice (at least thirty (30) days) of a change, and provided that any increase in fees shall only apply to new documents exchanged and not to documents transmitted via the Cloud Integration Gateway service prior to such change.


3. Data Storage and Processing Location. TThe Cloud Integration Gateway service is powered by an SAP HANA Cloud Integration system separately from the Ariba Network. Both the Cloud Integration Gateway service and the underlying SAP HANA Cloud Integration system are currently hosted/operated in The United States of America and in Germany by an SAP affiliated company and integrated via secure connection with the Ariba Network for Suppliers. Cloud Integration Gateway suppliers based in North/Central/South America will use default US Data Center and suppliers based in any other countries will use Europe Data Center.


4. Security and PCI and Document Integrity. The Cloud Integration Gateway service is operated in accordance with security standards consistent with the security standards applicable to the Ariba Network under the Ariba Network Terms of Use (Suppliers) with the exception that the Cloud Integration Gateway service is not currently audited for compliance with the PCI-DSS standards and SAP Ariba will take steps to prevent sending credit card data to the Cloud Integration Gateway service. More specifically, if a document routed from the Ariba Network to the Cloud Integration Gateway service includes a credit card/PCARD in the field designated for such use, the Ariba Network will change that field to a series of symbols "***" and only transfer the last 4 digits of the card number. Subject to role restrictions, You may log into you're your account on the Ariba Network for Suppliers to directly view full PCARD information. By activating and using this optional service, You acknowledge the treatment of this data and agree to allow SAP Ariba to take these steps.


5. Your Responsibilities
   Suppliers using the Cloud Integration Gateway service are responsible to test and confirm that the data mapping settings and resulting documents meet their requirements and any applicable local requirements they may be subject to (including, but not limited to, requirements concerning taxation requirements, accounting requirements, invoicing obligations, consequences in relation to VAT and data storage periods) in relation to use of the Cloud Integration Gateway service.
