We are an SBA HUBZone certified small business headquartered in South Carolina experienced in providing software engineering services for the Department of Defense, primarily in overseas locations. We successfully completed our first prime contract for a U.S. Army requirement supporting the Information Technology (IT) operations of the Armed Contractor Oversight Directorate (ACOD) currently located at Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar. ACOD is a Special Staff directorate under U.S. Forces-Afghanistan (USFOR-A) that is responsible for the Congressionally-mandated oversight of all armed contractors and civilians that deploy to Afghanistan. ACOD's mission is to drive programs and initiatives that improve private security contractor accountability and performance, IAW U.S. Government mandates, to minimize malign actor influence in support of the ISAF/ RS mission to facilitate the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan capability for self-sustaining security. Our completed IT Contract with ACOD provided our customer, USFOR-A, with the proper infrastructure for maintaining accountability for armed personnel using our proprietary web-based human resources database management system called ACWARS. ACWARS is an automated information system (AIS) that consists of a Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 database server, a Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) web server, and a custom built Microsoft C# and ASP.NET front-end web application. ACWARS is currently certified and accredited through CENTCOM 25-28 and maintains a DIACAP certification through CENTCOM.
ACWARS facilitates the legal authorization of armed personnel deployed to military contingencies in support of a U.S. Government mission. Through ACWARS, all paperwork is generated and tracked, providing the Government a means to oversee and account for armed security guards and armed civilians. Designed specifically for the Armed Contractor Oversight Directorate, ACWARS was used by the Armed Forces and their supporting Government Agencies in Afghanistan and Qatar to legally authorize arming.
