Roxiana Food Products, LLC
Dallas, TX, United States
Importer and distributor of chocolate confectionery and cocoa products.

Roxiana Food Products, LLC (d/b/a Roxiana Foods) is an importer and distributor of chocolate confectionery and cocoa products in the U.S. The company was established in Missouri in 2015 and is headquartered in Dallas, TX. The company’s mission is to deliver quality Caribbean chocolate and cocoa products of exquisite taste in a socially responsible and environmentally friendly manner. The company has an exclusive license to import and distribute the Richmond brand of milk chocolate in the U.S. Richmond is the company’s signature brand.

Richmond milk chocolate is made with 100% fine-flavored Caribbean cocoa beans and 100% all-natural Caribbean cane sugar and does not contain artificial sweeteners. Richmond is the only brand of milk chocolate sold in the U.S. that has this combination of ingredients. Fine-flavored Caribbean cocoa beans are the highest quality beans in the world and result in chocolates that have an exceptionally rich and flavorful taste. The brand’s use of cane sugar adds to the uniqueness in its taste. Richmond is manufactured in the Dominican Republic to the most exacting international standards used by other premium brands where the mixing process is long and intense, equating to up to three times as long as the process used by popular brands such as Hershey and Nestle. This ensures that the chocolate has the softest and smoothest possible mouth feel. Lower production costs in the Dominican Republic and reduced duty under the Dominican Republic – Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR) allow Roxiana Foods to offer Richmond chocolate at prices that are highly competitive with comparable products from other brands. The result of this unique combination of premium ingredients, an extensive and stringent manufacturing process, and a cost-effective supply chain, is chocolate whose quality, taste and texture are comparable to the top brands such as Godiva, Ghirardelli, and Lindt, but that can compete at the Hershey and Nestle price point. This fusion helps Roxiana Foods achieve its ultimate goal which is to use Richmond chocolate as a means to meet the huge unsatisfied demand among the average price-conscious chocolate lover for truly affordable premium milk chocolate.

Richmond milk chocolate is sold online through the company’s website ( and in select retail stores. Richmond milk chocolate is available in the U.S. in the following types: Creamy Milk (70 grams), Whole Almond (70 grams), and Full House (70 grams) – Full House contains almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts, raisins and crisped rice.
