We are a sustainable project development company created last year, based in RAK and operating from Dubai. We are specializing in delivering high priority infrastructure, water, energy and environment projects, particularly large-scale renewable energy including waste to energy and Combined Cycle PP, as well as water provision sectors; including desalination and waste water treatment plants.. Our regional experience and target is MENA and SSA with a special focus on SADEC countries, where we have most of our active project pipeline under development. Our business model is:
- To develop our pipeline of green field projects from inception to mid-stage development where we sign a JDA with a strategic partner with whom we will jointly continue the project development till the financial closure- we may stay in the first few years of operations at the discretion of the off taker, local chiefs as well as the project owner.
- To offer project/business development consultancy for developers who are willing to develop projects in both our areas of expertise and our regional focus- we will bring projects, strong local knowledge and expertise, local project development roadmaps, stakeholders management and lobbying, local available procurement, permits facilitation, regulation; etc..
