SandBay is owned and operated by its two principals: Sarah Fodey and Han Nguyen. SandBay is a certified women’s business enterprise with WBE Canada (WBE Canada is the bridge between Corporate and Public Procurement and Canadian Women Business Enterprises). In addition to being one of the few production companies in Canada to be owned and controlled by women, SandBay is also a proud LGBTQI2S (certified with the Canadian Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce) and visible-minority-owned company – a unified, visionary organization that seeks to tell stories through diverse and engaged lenses – lenses that haven’t always had a voice in media production in Canada.
