Discovery Centre for Entrepreneurship Inc. bridges the gap between theory and practice and provides evidence-based tools to improve performance, enhance workplace culture, and increases employee satisfaction. We teach and coach leaders and subject matter experts how to apply theory effectively to industry and workplace contexts to engage their communities meaningfully. We demonstrate the importance and impact of enabling community ownership of solutions whenever possible, and show how engagement practices serve to enhance desired outcomes.
