Posting Summary
Toronto City Council has unanimously approved a new community crisis support service pilot to be based in four areas that will test a new, non-police led approach to non-emergency, non-violent calls, including those involving persons in crisis and wellness checks.  
   

Please note that SAP is now investigating an Ariba Discovery bug that does not allow suppliers to access the event from the Discovery Posting for this project.

   

Suppliers that accessed the event prior to issue, and continue to use the Discovery Posting as an access point:

o   These suppliers can access the event from any Addenda Email or Invitation email they receive and bypass the Discovery Posting

o   These suppliers can also access the event by logging into their supplier account and navigating to the 'Proposals & Questioners' section

We can also 'send Invitation Email to suppliers' from the Suppliers tab of the sourcing Event (if requested by current and new supplier via email to sahil.chishti@toronto.ca).

 

Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 13, 2021 at 12:00 PM NOON local Toronto time. All bids submitted after 12:00 PM NOON local Toronto time will result in the bid being declared non-compliant.


Opportunity amount estimated between $5 million to $8 million CAD per pilot area over 4 years period.
