As a leading energy provider, SMUD and the team you will be working with are responsible for three areas: Marketing, Research, and Data Analytics.    


SMUD intends to award multiple contracts for a three-year period, with the possibility of extension for another two years. In the past SMUD has awarded the contract to more than three vendors, but each solicitation is unique based on needs and proposals. Selected firms will be utilized on an “on-call or task authorization” basis. Through this procurement, SMUD will pre-select qualified consultants so we can use their assistance on short notice as a need arises.   


Successful firms must be able to provide a holistic bid that works with the three areas identified above. The firms will be held responsible for all the subcontractors’ work and all final deliverables.

Under the mandatory requirements Item E specifies that the proposer’s firm must have performed similar services for one (1) utility client in North America. Does the prime proposer have to satisfy this criterion? Or can it be satisfied by having someone on our team that satisfies this criterion?

Are these requirements in place for this opportunity:
