Posting Summary

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the printing and custom manufacturing to final format and delivery as specified in Annex A: Statement of Work of double-window envelopes for the Receiver General for Canada cheques (approximately 30 million envelopes annually). Delivery of the envelopes will be to the two (2) print centres (Quebec and Winnipeg).  
The Contract will be in effect from the date of award of Contract with the irrevocable option to extend the Contract by two (2) additional one (1) year periods.  
 
There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.  
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).  
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.  
This procurement is not subject to the Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s)
 

[Travaux publics et Services gouvernementaux Canada a besoin d'enveloppes pour les chèques du Receveur général du Canada (environ 30 millions de paiements par année, daprès l'historique des commandes d'enveloppes  appendice E). Ces paiements sont traités dans nos deux (2) centres d'impression  (Québec et Winnipeg).  
 
Il est prévu qu'un Contrat sera octroyé pour une période de de la date d'attribution du Contrat jusqu'au 30 septembre 2024, avec l'option irrévocable de prolonger la durée du Contrat pour au plus deux (2) périodes supplémentaires d'une (1) année chacune.  
 
Ce besoin ne comporte aucune exigence relative à la sécurité.  
Le présent marché est assujetti aux provisions de lAccord du libre échange canadien (ALEC).  
Ce besoin est limité aux produits et(ou) services canadiens.  
Ce marché nest pas assujetti aux ententes sur les revendications territoriales globales (ERTG)
