This Request for Standing Offer (the “RFSO”) issued by the Province of Nova Scotia (the “Province”) on behalf of the Department of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services is an invitation to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of IBM SPSS Software as further described in the RFSO Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).  This RFSO is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.
