This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the “Province”) as represented herein by the Minister of Internal Services, for and on behalf of the Nova Scotia Health Authority (“NSHA”, and together with the Province, “Nova Scotia”), to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of A STANDING OFFER FOR MULTI-CATEGORY SPECT DEVICES - SPECT, SPECT CT (NM), SPECT CT (DX) as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.
