The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform all work associated with Cancer Centre Tender Package #04.22 & 04.23 (TPC#04.22 & 04.23) – MEP Underground Services & Rough-Ins for the Cape Breton Cancer Centre (CBCC) project, which consists of underground plumbing & rough-ins and underground electrical & rough-ins work for a Stipulated Price Contract, per trade package, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Cancer Centre construction site is located at Regional Hospital Boulevard in Sydney Nova Scotia, adjacent to CBRH. The Cancer Centre project is one of the segments of a larger CBRH redevelopment project.

 

There will be a Non- Mandatory Bidder's Briefing and Site Examination.  Please refer to the tender document Instructions to Bidders section 1.6 - Site Assessment for details on Date, Time, Location and any other requirements.
