Posting Summary

Calgary Housing Company (CHC) on behalf of Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) is seeking interested and qualified proponents to provide responses for the Envelope Replacements at Cedarbrae property.

 
This project includes construction activities for the following properties: Cedarbrae 1 (CED1), Cedarbrae 2 (CED2) and Cedarbrae 6 (CED6). This is to remove and replace items that have been damaged by hail.  
 
For CED1 and CED6, the project scope is to remove and replace the asphalt shingles and aluminum siding. For CED2, the construction scope is to remove and replace eaves troughs and downs-spouts damaged by the hail.

Primary method of communication with the CHC Contact will be via the Ariba SAP Sourcing Event Message Board.
