Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA), is releasing this Letter of Interest (LOI) to inform industry and academia of upcoming procurement activities related to the Lunar Exploration Accelerator Program (LEAP).

The CSA would like to inform industry and academia that in support of the science instrument project element of the LEAP portfolio, a Request for Proposal (RFP) is being planned for release by PWGSC in the Summer/Fall of 2023. In addition, the CSA would like to inform industry and academia on the scope and objective for the science instrument project element of the LEAP portfolio. PWGSC is not requesting any specific comments or feedback from the community as part of this LOI.  Do you have questions about the technical requirements of this LOI? [Travaux publics et Services gouvernementaux Canada (TPSGC), au nom de l’Agence spatiale canadienne (ASC), publie la présente lettre d’intérêt (LI) pour informer l’industrie et le milieu universitaire sur des activités d’approvisionnement à venir dans le cadre du Programme d’accélération de l’exploration lunaire (PAEL).  
  
L’ASC souhaite informer l’industrie et le milieu universitaire qu’à l’appui du projet des instruments scientifiques du portefeuille PAEL, une demande de propositions (DP) est prévue et sera publiée par TPSGC à l'été-automne 2023. De plus, l’ASC souhaite informer l’industrie et le milieu universitaire sur la portée et l’objectif du volet des instruments scientifiques du portefeuille PAEL. Soulignons que TPSGC ne demande aucun commentaire ou aucune observation de la part de la communauté dans le cadre de la présente lettre d’intérêt.  Avez-vous des questions concernant les exigences techniques de la présente LI?
