TransLink is inviting proposals from Law Firms. TransLink intends  to:

• select one law firm to provide general and strategic advice regarding the Real Estate (RE) Development Initiative, and
• maintain a list of prequalified law firms to provide legal services for specific projects under the Real Estate (RE) Development Initiative, one of which law firms may be the law firm selected to provide general and strategic advice regarding the RE Development Initiative. As and when TransLink wishes to proceed with a specific project, TransLink will, at its discretion, retain one or more prequalified firms to provide legal services for the specific projects

The selected law firms for the RE Development Initiative will be required to work cooperatively with TransLink and its subsidiaries, and their contractors, concessionaires, advisors, consultants and other parties requested by TransLink.

• Issue Date: January 30, 2023
• Deadline for Questions: 2:00pm (PST) on February 8, 2023
