Posting Summary

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals as allowed by Louisiana Revised Statute 39:1595 from qualified Proposers who are interested in providing assistance in administering open and future Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) programs. The Contractor must support the administration of disaster and non-disaster hazard mitigation grant programs in the area of subapplication review and grants management and also provide technical expertise related to The Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, P.L. 93-288, as amended (Stafford Act), specifically the Section 404 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP); the Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM) Program; National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, as amended (NFIA), specifically the Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) Program, to include FMA Swift Current; and Disaster Recovery Reform Act Section 1234, the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) Program. The State intends to award to a single Proposer.
