Posting Summary
The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is seeking professional service providers for photography, videography, and written storytelling services. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) aims to select eligible and qualified suppliers to provide these services under three-year framework agreements. Please refer to the IFB for details.
Responses to Clarification Requests:   
1) Can we clarify whether the quoted opportunity amount ($100k to $500K) the total amount per annum, or for the entire 36 months of the contract?
Answer: The opportunity amount is provided as a range for bidding companies to understand the size of the contract. This amount covers a period of 36 months.

2) In our Financial Bid, should we assume that pricing is EXCLUSIVE of travel costs, given the wide variance in locations and costs per project?  Should we simply indicate production costs, with travel being billed on an actuality basis?
Answer: Yes, please exclude travel costs, as they vary based on location and mission duration.

3) In Annexure E2-A of the Financial Bid Form, vendors are asked to submit a "Total Financial Bid inclusive of all expenses including taxes and duties".  Is this a Total Financial Bid for one project only (the sample project) or for a larger total number of projects?  If the latter, how many projects should vendors anticipate being commissioned?
Answer: The Total Financial Bid is for the sample project only. Please provide your quotation based on the requirements of the sample project.

4) In E2-D (Other attachments), would you like vendors to submit a full rate card for all photography, videography and story-telling services?
Answer: Yes, please submit a full rate card for all photography, videography and story-telling services.
