His Majesty the King in right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is planning a procurement process (“the Procurement Process”) for the delivery of Responsive Maintenance, Repairs and Minor Improvement Services on behalf of the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) at various locations, under a number of Standing Offers.
The purpose of this Request for Information (“RFI”) is to identify interested parties (“Respondents”) and request specific information and feedback (“Feedback”) from Respondents to identify potential procurement  improvement opportunities based on tangible, relevant private sector experience. Questions in Appendix A are meant to be answered by Respondents as the means to collect information and feedback.Other objectives of this RFI are to:

·        Highlight CFHA’s objectives for the Procurement Process;·        Inform Industry of Standing Offer opportunities for the delivery of Maintenance and Minor Improvement Services for the Canadian Forces Housing Agency;·        Present samples of a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document, which includes draft technical  evaluation criteria, draft basis of payment, offerors’ rankings in the work distribution, and other key RFSO elements, to solicit industry comments and feedback on the RFSO.·        Outline the current evaluation approach for the SO and obtain feedback. This is not a bid solicitation. This Request for Information (RFI) will not result in the award of any contract; therefore, potential Respondents of any of the goods or services described in this RFI should not prepare facilities, nor allocate resources, in response to any information contained in this RFI. This RFI will not result in the creation of any source list; therefore, whether or not any potential Respondent responds to this RFI, it will not preclude that Respondent from participating in any future procurement. This RFI is simply intended to solicit feedback from industry. The information obtained pursuant to this RFI may or may not be used in any Request for Standing Offer Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) at a future date. The Government of Canada will not reimburse any respondent for any expenses incurred in responding to this RFI.
