NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR CANADIAN PATROL SUBMARINE PROJECT (CPSP)
This is a Request for Information (RFI).
The Government of Canada is seeking answers to questions that have arisen in the refining of the requirement for the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project (CPSP).
Responses to this RFI are not, and will not be considered to be, formal offers.
This RFI is not a bid solicitation and is not to be considered in any way a commitment by the Government of Canada,
nor as authority to Industry to undertake any work that could be charged to Canada.
The RFI and any responses thereto do not impose any obligation or constitute any commitment on the part of Canada to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP)
related to the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project, marker or to make any award of business to any respondent.
ENQUIRIES : All enquiries must be submitted by email at SPAC.PACommProjetSPC-APCPSProjectComm.PSPC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.
RESPONSE SUBMISSION DATE: This consultation will be a Three Stage Process:
1. Submission of Responses to the questions included in the Annexes to this RFI, by 18 November 2024.
2.One-on-One Engagements
3.Response Deadline : an amendment to this RFI will be released detailing the final deadline for submission

Ceci est une demande de renseignements (DDR).
Le gouvernement du Canada cherche à obtenir des réponses aux questions qui ont été soulevées lors du peaufinage de l’exigence relative au PSPC.
Les réponses fournies ne sont pas des soumissions officielles et ne seront pas considérées de la sorte.
La présente DDR n’est pas une demande de propositions et ne constitue nullement un engagement de la part du gouvernement du Canada,
et elle n’autorise aucunement les membres de l’industrie à entreprendre des travaux dont le coût pourrait être réclamé au Canada.
La DDR et toutes les réponses à celle-ci n’obligent ou n’engagent aucunement le Canada
à publier une demande de propositions relative au PSPC ou à attribuer un contrat à un répondant.
