Singapore University of Design & Technology (“SUTD”) invites you to submit your offer/proposal for the Goods and/or Services as described in the Sourcing Event Details in accordance with all the terms and conditions stated in this Invitation to Tender (ITT).

Tender Briefing/Site Visit  

There will be a briefing and site visit on the following date/time/venue:

Think Tank 22, Building 2, Level 3, Unit 2.311 (via Lift Lobby E)  

  

Attendance is MANDATORY for bidders of this ITT. Please write to Mr Jonathan Ang via email at jonathan_angengchai@sutd.edu.sg by 29 October 2024 (before 4:00 pm) and provide your company name, attendee name, designation and contact number if you wish to register yourself for the briefing.  

  

Clarifications  

Suppliers are to send all clarifications via email to the Procurement Contact Person stated in the Cover Letter of the ITT Documents. Please do not post your clarifications through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A.  

  

Submission Requirement  

Please note that you have to enter prices in the system in order to qualify for bidding. Manual price submissions received without electronic price entry will be disqualified.  

All proposals must be submitted through the Sourcing Event by clicking “Submit Entire Response”. Any proposal submitted through other channels, such as Ariba Discovery Q&A, event messages, email, etc. will be disqualified.  

Any proposal submitted after the response deadline will not be accepted.  

  

Training & Support  

Suppliers should follow the guide provided on SUTD Website for submitting their response to a Sourcing Event. The guide(s) are available on SUTD Website: https://www.sutd.edu.sg/About/Overview/Procurement/supplier-registration  

  

For urgent Ariba system/technical issues, you can refer to the Ariba Contact Information. If you need to raise a case for support, please refer to Guides for Suppliers.  

  

IMPORTANT NOTES  

1. Kindly ignore the opportunity amount as shown above which has been defaulted to USD500.  

2. Do ensure that you login sufficiently well ahead of closing time (i.e. 4pm, Singapore Time as per the date stipulated in Ariba Discovery Notice) to finish uploading the documents and submission.
