The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider that will provide the Canada Post human resources (HR) program with a flexible client portal provided as a commercially available Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering with integrated HR case management and orchestration related functionality that can perform transactions across multiple backend systems as further set out in the attached Statement of Requirements.
