Project Summary:  
 
TransLink, on behalf of itself and its two largest subsidiaries, BCRTC and CMBC, is seeking the services of a qualified System Integrator (“SI”) who will be responsible for delivering an ERP Solution. For purposes of this RFP, an ERP Solution is defined as an integrated suite of applications and technology that will support TransLink’s corporate Asset Management, Finance, and Supply Chain functions, processes, and business objectives as well as those of the individual operating companies. The ERP Solution is intended to reduce legacy system support risks, increase operational efficiency, and improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.

Through a separate RFP process, TransLink selected Infor EAM Enterprise Edition – SaaS and Infor CloudSuite Financials and Supply Management (“Infor EAM and CloudSuite Solution”) as the primary ERP Solution software. The ERP Solution may also require additional third-party software that has not been explicitly identified in this RFP. TransLink is now seeking a qualified System Integrator (“SI”) to implement the Infor EAM and CloudSuite Solution, which will include integrations with existing TransLink systems (incl. third-party software) The SI will also be responsible for identifying and integrating any additional third-party software or modules, Infor or otherwise, required to meet the business, functional, and technical requirements specified in this RFP. TransLink will be responsible for procuring or licensing all third-party software comprising the ERP Solution.
