Where existing water services are found to be substandard, the work shall include the installation of new copper water services from the existing water main to the street line. Rehabilitation of existing watermains of various sizes by installation of a CIPP including cleaning, inspection and testing. Replacement of existing valves, hydrants, and fittings. Replacement or rehabilitation of hydrant leads and existing service connections 100 mm diameter and larger. Temporary watermain bypass and services during installation. Permanent Restoration
