This Request for Quote (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the “Province”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of establishing a standing offer for the supply and delivery of rotating carbide tips and blade systems on behalf of  the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).  This RFQ is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal is seeking to establish a standing offer for the supply and delivery of rotating carbide tip and blade systems to use on their current snow plows as part of their winter operations.
