This notice serves as notification of the Province's decision to cancel Request for Proposal No. Doc 349648503 –Design and Construction Services for QEII New Generation Project Summer Street Parkade ("RFP").

This decision is made per the Instructions to Proponents, Section 9 -  Reserved Rights/Governing Law And Interpretation of the RFP, which allows for the Province to cancel the RFP process without liability at any time prior to the execution of a written agreement between the Province and a Proponent.

The Province intends to release a revised RFP in the coming weeks that will include revised requirements.
