SMUD is seeking proposals to provide SMUD COMMERCIAL ELECTRIFICATION AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAM SUPPORT.

SMUD is seeking to issue one or more contracts to provide broad consultant support, including. but not limited to:

 
  • Gas to electric conversions using heat pumps for water heating and space heating
  • Design of central heat pump water heating systems
  • Assess building level electrical infrastructure to determine feasibility for upgrades due to electrification of space heating, water heating, electric vehicles, etc.
  • Evaluate programs from project level analysis to program design level.

I don't seem to be able to access the RFP.  It is nearly 11 am (PT) on 8/24.  Has it been posted yet?  The link to "respond to posting" just brings me to a generic Ariba page, then searching the listings brings me to your list and clicking on the link to this RFP brings me full circle to this general entry.  Any advice would be appreciated.
